JAKUB BARTKIEWICZ

Professionally active on the financial market since 1995; graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). In 2000, he was one of the founders of the FAS Polska consulting firm in which he served in the capacity of President of the Management Board responsible for strategic and transaction consulting for corporate clients. In 2008, FAS Polska merged with Dom Inwestycyjny Investors in which Jakub Bartkiewicz assumed the role of CEO and shareholder. In June 2015, DI Investors evolved into Vestor DM. Previous professional experience:

MICHAŁ MELLER

Professionally active on the financial market since 1996; graduate of the University of Minnesota (US). Previous professional experience:

SEBASTIAN SIEJKO

Professionally active on the capital market since 1996. Completed studies for his Master’s degree at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He also graduated from the MBA at the Warsaw School  of Econimics (SGH)  and the Universite du Quebec and Montreal (Canadian Executive Master of Business Administration Program) in 2011.

Director of the Institutional Sales Department at Vestor from 2012. He has set up Vestor’s sales team dedicated for Polish institutional clients, both when it comes to equity and corporate debt markets. He managed to successfully execute a number of Vestor IPO transactions (e.g. Vigo Systems, Archicom, ML System), ABBs (e.g. Selvita, OT Logistics), or corporate bond issues (e.g.Hamilton, Onico, Vantage Development, WB Electonics).

Jarosław Palejko Director of the Offering and Corporate Advisory Services Department

Responsible for bond and equity issues and financial advisory services. He previously worked for PwC and EY.

Marcin Dobraszkiewicz, CFA Director of Vestor Corporate Finance Sp. z o.o.

Responsible for mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory services projects. He previously worked for Deloitte and Fidea.

Anna Dmoch-Gołacka Managing Director

Responsible for the Department of theDepositary of Investment Funds. She worked for: Raiffeisen Polbank.

Michał Fidelus Director of the Research Department

Responsible for analyses of financial sector companies (banks, debt collection companies and investment fund companies). He previously worked for Dom Maklerski Citi Handlowy and Citibank.

Beata Szparaga-Waśniewska, CFA Vice-Director of the Research Department

Prepares recommendations for fuel companies, IT distributors and biotechnological companies. She previously worked for ING Securities.
